Here is an aspect that is not really out there as of what i have seen. In your back office you will have is what is called your JubiSuite, which will give you the option to place your members!

You will have the power to place members (a holding tank) on their performance or however you want to place them, you will not lose anything as far as generational pay, BUT whoever you are awarding is now going to get paid too, very powerful!
